Stewardship 2023
In TMC, we're updating our leadership structures, with a coordinator for each of several areas of church life that contribute to our mission statement. It's been many years since our last stewardship campaign, and we feel it makes sense to ask members of the community to consider how the church can best serve them, and how they can best serve the church, at the same time that the coordinators start their work.
We ask you to complete the questionnaire prayerfully, listening for the prompt of the Holy Spirit - many of God's calls can be quite surprising. In each section, we're asking you to consider anything you think the church should do (whether for yourself or more generally), as well as any acts of service you may be able to offer the church. If you're already offering your time in an area, and are happy to continue doing so, please do tick the relevant box, so we know you are happy to continue.
The questionnaire is not just for members of the church. Many jobs can be performed by non-members too, and we're keen to involve as many people as possible. If you're not currently a member but would like to discuss becoming one, please talk to Helen or any of the stewards. Please complete one questionnaire for each individual, rather than as a household or family.
How we'll use this questionnaire: we will capture all the information from these questionnaires electronically (even if originally filled in by hand). The leadership team (the coordinators and Helen) will have access to them. We will delete all copies of this information by June 1st 2024.
There are multiple ways of accessing the questionnaire:
- Printed copies will be available in the church building from March 19th
- You can download a copy (either as a Word Document, or as a PDF), print it out by hand, fill it in, and then place it in the box in the church building (or give it to a steward)
- You can download a copy to edit, fill it in (click on the right hand edge of each checkbox to tick or untick it) and then email it as an attachment to Jon Skeet at skeet@pobox.com.
- You can fill it in online as a Google Form
